Tract 66 is on the ancestral land of the Onondaga Nation, part of the sovereign Haudenosaunee Confederacy. It was stewarded with care and purpose long before it was designated Military Lot 66 and awarded to Revolutionary War veterans.
Through the centuries, the land changed hands over 20 times, its agricultural identity shifting with each generation. In 2001, the Nocek family began restoring the property as part of Anyela’s Vineyards, reviving its spirit and reconnecting it to the surrounding landscape.
Now, with the vision of hosting modern gatherings rooted in history, the space has been thoughtfully reimagined—most recently in collaboration with Holmes • King • Kallquist Architects—into a refined yet grounded venue that honors the past while inviting new stories to unfold.
Tract 66 is part of the greater vision behind Anyela’s Vineyards. Owned and operated by the same family, the two properties share more than just land—they share a philosophy of restoration, hospitality, and deep connection to place. As Tract 66 welcomes new stories, it remains rooted in the same values that have guided Anyela’s from the beginning.

At Tract 66, the land speaks—and the venue listens.
Originally a working barn, the structure has been respectfully transformed with the help of award-winning firm Holmes • King • Kallquist Architects, blending timeless design with functional beauty. The newly added event wing and catering support areas echo the original barn’s character while introducing improved flow, natural light, and flexibility.
Panoramic vineyard views and glimpses of Skaneateles Lake surround the space, creating a natural sense of tranquility and grandeur. Stone, wood, and glass harmonize, forming a venue that feels equally suited to a sunlit ceremony or a candlelit dinner.
Here, history shapes the foundation. Your event shapes the moment.
Tract 66 is built to host gatherings that matter—whether that’s a wedding under soft evening light, a corporate retreat grounded in nature, or a private dinner party with wine from the very vines outside.
The newly expanded barn offers seamless indoor-outdoor transitions and a layout intentionally crafted for event flow. Culinary experiences at Tract 66 are elevated through our exclusive catering partnership with the renowned Sherwood Inn, bringing refined hospitality and exceptional local cuisine to your table.
The integrated catering area, designed in collaboration with HKK Architects, ensures smooth service for everything from intimate meals to large-scale celebrations.
